Scissors
Hole puncher
Pencil
Marker

Instructions

Gather all your tools and materials.
Cut a 3" × 3" gift tag shape from your cardstock.
Sketch a circle with pencil for the wreath and write the name of the recipient inside the circle.
Glue 10 small 1/2 inch pom poms along the sketched circle.
Glue on 5 mini pom poms on top.
Tie a small bow from the bakers twine and glue it below the wreath.
